A refund request can be made within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase when the activation is no longer possible following extensive troubleshooting.

If the eSIM is already in use and an issue arises that originates from Yoho Mobile that cannot be resolved within a timely manner, a refund can be issued for the remaining data.

Cooperation of the customer to resolve the issue promptly is extremely necessary as otherwise, the refund may not be granted.

Each data package has its own validity period and policy you can check at Fair Use Policy . No refunds of any form will be offered for the remaining data when the validity period expires.

In cases where the eSIM has been successfully installed and data has been consumed, we may issue a prorated refund. Terms & Conditions apply, which can be found in the Terms & Conditions

Fraudulent purchases: Yoho Mobile reserves the right to refuse any form of refund if there is any evidence of abuse, violation of our terms and conditions, or any fraudulent activities that are connected with using Yoho Mobile products and services.

Unauthorized purchases: The case will be subject to investigation and approval before processing any refund. Yoho Mobile reserves the right to suspend any account associated with any form of fraudulent activity.

Compensation: No refunds or remuneration of any kind will be issued due to charges from alternate phones, alternate SIM cards, hotel phones, or other charges that are not directly linked to the customer’s Yoho Mobile eSIM account. (See section LIABILITY AND WARRANTY in our Terms and Conditions)

To be eligible for a return, your eSIM must has not been activated. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Faulty eSIM and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is faulty or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we cannot exchanges available once the eSIM QR code has been issued.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (eSIM not yet activated). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
