Also a big advantage is that the esim always connects to the best. For example you can manually choose between at&t, Verizon, t-mobile and more.     I recently used the e-sim option in US and it was fantastic, used for gps, streaming and browsing and hardly had any network issues. I was worried at first that not much reviews and new company but all of that changed thru customer service and the product i got.       After paying, you’ll instantly get an eSIM QR code and setup instructions in your email. Just scan the code with your camera, and you’ll be ready to connect to the local network when you arrive at your destination.     • When does my Yoho Mobile data plan start?

      Your plan kicks off upon activation and turn on the data roaming, not when you scan the provided QR code into your device.
    • How to add eSIM to my device?

      Once you purchase an eSIM, you will receive it immediately to your email address. You then just need to scan the QR code to activate the SIM. Note that no refunds can be made once you have purchased your eSIM. See our refund policy for more information.
    • Can I make voice calls and send SMS with eSIM?

      Except for the United States (USA) REAL UNLIMITED eSIM, our eSIMs are data-only without a local phone number. This means you can only use mobile data and can not make or receive calls and SMS.
    • How fast is the Yoho Mobile eSIM internet connection?

      With Yoho Mobile eSIM, experience high-speed data (5G, 4G, LTE) for swift internet access in most places. Once your high-speed limit is reached, the connection speed will reduce. In certain remote locations, the speed might be a bit slower.
    • Do I need to activate data roaming for my eSIM?

      Absolutely. Turn on the data roaming feature to use the Internet via eSIM. Don’t worry; when using data roaming solely with Yoho Mobile eSIM, there are no extra charges.
    • Can I keep my WhatsApp number?

      Yes, you can keep your WhatsApp number and all your contacts and conversations. You can use it like normal during your trip.
    • What happens if I use up my data or my plan validity?

      If you use up your data or your plan has expired, you will not be able to access the Internet. If you want to continue using it, you can top up more data or buy a new package.
    • Can I delete and reinstall my eSIM plan?

      If you encounter any issues or need assistance, it’s recommended not to remove the eSIM plan on your own. Instead, please reach out to us via support@yohomobile.com for support and guidance. Our team will be able to assist you effectively. first.
    • What steps should I take if I misplace or delete my eSIM QR code?

      If the eSIM hasn’t been set up on your device, simply reach out to our round-the-clock support at support@yohomobile.com or via our WhatsApp assistance. We’ll provide you with a new QR code.
    • How do I set up eSIM Yoho Mobile on my device?

      Once you’ve placed your order, a QR code will be emailed to you. Display it on your computer or print it out. Navigate to Settings > Mobile Data > Add data plan on your phone and scan the QR code. This allows you to toggle between Yoho Mobile and your primary carrier’s plan. The data will only be functional at your destination. Upon arrival, enable data roaming and activate your data package. Every eSIM product includes a detailed setup manual.
    • Can I share data with other devices?

      Absolutely, you can use the Yoho Mobile eSIM to share data with different devices.
    • Can I scan the same QR code with multiple phones?

      No. You can’t scan the same QR code on multiple devices. Besides, one QR code can be used once.
    • How can I check my data balance?

      To check your data balance, you can go to the data settings on your device. Alternatively, you can access it through “My Account” or “My eSIMs” section. For a small number of eSIMs where data balance is not shown, you can contact our WhatsApp customer service to inquire about your data usage.
    • What happens if I use up my data or my plan validity?

      If you use up your data or your plan has expired, you will not be able to access the Internet. If you want to continue using it, you can top up more data or buy a new package.
    • How can I delete the eSIM once I have used my data?

      You do not need to delete eSIM when using up the package. However, if you want to remove it, you can go to the SIM card manager of your phone.
    • Can I simultaneously use a SIM card and the Yoho Mobile eSIM?

      On Apple devices, you can. Simply set your physical SIM card for calls and texts, and use the Yoho Mobile eSIM for data. Be cautious: if your regular SIM remains active, your network provider might charge roaming fees for calls and texts.
