Service availability depends on your device’s eSIM compatibility and regional network coverage.


3. User Eligibility

YOHO MOBILE is available to all individual users with compatible devices and valid payment methods. We do not impose a minimum age, but minors are encouraged to use the service under adult supervision.


4. Device Compatibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your device supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked. YOHO MOBILE is not liable for service issues caused by incompatible or locked devices.


5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in your selected currency and include applicable taxes (if any). Payments are processed via trusted third-party providers. By placing an order, you agree to pay all related charges and accept the corresponding service terms.


6. Refund Policy

As eSIMs are digital products, no refunds can be offered once activation has occurred. However, if you are unable to use our service due to a verified technical issue (not caused by the user or device), YOHO MOBILE guarantees a 100% refund.

7. Usage Rules and Fair Use Policy

Some plans may include speed limitations or data caps. Services must not be used for unlawful purposes or abusive bulk consumption. YOHO MOBILE reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
