Before you install
A few seconds of prep saves frustration.
Stay on Wi-Fi
Install with a stable connection so the profile downloads cleanly.
Don't interrupt
Activation can take a minute. Don't close the screen mid-install.
Give it a label
A unique name helps you spot this eSIM among other SIMs.
Choose for data
After install, set this eSIM as the line your phone uses for data.
Install your eSIM
Pick QR or Manual — you only need one.
Your eSIM QR code lives in your account
When you place an order, your scannable QR code and activation details are added to your eSIM detail page. Use that page during install — not this generic guide.
Open Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM
On the iPhone where you want this eSIM, choose Use QR Code.
Scan the QR code above
Hold the phone steady until iOS picks it up. Tap Continue when prompted.
Wait for activation
Activation may take a minute. Don't exit the screen — iOS will say Done when ready.
Label your new eSIM
Pick a name like "Yoho — Japan" so you can tell it apart later.
Pick a default line
Select Primary as your default line for calls, FaceTime, and iMessage.
Use this eSIM for Cellular Data
Choose your new eSIM under Cellular Data, then tap Done.
Connect to the network
Once installed, finish these to start using data.
Make sure the eSIM is on
Settings → Cellular → your new eSIM → Turn On This Line.
Select the eSIM for data
Settings → Cellular → Cellular Data → choose your new eSIM.
Pick for calls and texts
Settings → Cellular → Default Voice Line → choose your new eSIM.
Turn on Data Roaming
Settings → Cellular → your new eSIM → enable Data Roaming.

- Semak Perantauan Data: Pastikan Perantauan Data diaktifkan untuk talian Yoho eSIM
- Semak talian data pilihan: Pastikan Yoho eSIM ditetapkan sebagai talian pilihan untuk Data Mudah Alih
- Mulakan semula telefon: Memulakan semula selepas pemasangan menyelesaikan kebanyakan masalah sambungan
- Pilih pembawa secara manual: Jika sambungan automatik gagal, cuba pilih pembawa tempatan secara manual
- iPhone: Tetapan › Selular › Talian Yoho › Pemilihan Rangkaian › matikan "Automatik" › pilih pembawa yang tersedia
- Android: Tetapan › Sambungan › Rangkaian mudah alih › Pengendali rangkaian › Pilih secara manual
Imbasan QR sentiasa gagal?
- Pastikan imej QR code jelas dan lengkap
- Laraskan jarak dan sudut, cuba lagi dalam pencahayaan yang baik
- Jika ia terus gagal, bertukar kepada entri manual
- Setiap QR code hanya boleh dipasang sekali — jika anda sudah memasangnya, jangan imbas lagi
Bolehkah saya memindahkan eSIM ke telefon baharu?
- Kebanyakan eSIM tidak boleh dipindahkan merentasi peranti. Jika anda menukar telefon, hubungi sokongan untuk mengeluarkan semula activation code
