YOHO MOBILE PTE. LTD. ("Yoho Mobile") هي شركة مسجلة في سنغافورة، ويقع مكتبها المسجل في 14 Robinson Road, #08-01A, Far East Finance Building, Singapore 048545.

Yoho Mobile provides eSIM data plan services through its website and mobile applications, covering 200+ countries and regions worldwide. Our services include:

• Purchase and management of eSIM data plans
• Free eSIM trial service
• Live customer support

When using Yoho Mobile services, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring your device supports eSIM (verify on the compatible devices page)
• Providing accurate contact information
• Complying with local laws when using data services
• Not engaging in any activity that may harm network operations

• All prices displayed in USD or your selected currency
• Payments are processed by third-party providers
• Prices may adjust due to currency fluctuations
• Promotional pricing applies during published campaign periods only

قد تتيح بعض خطط Yoho Mobile ميزة اختيارية للتجديد التلقائي والدفع المتكرر ("المدفوعات المتكررة"). لن يتم تفعيل المدفوعات المتكررة إلا بعد أن توافق عليها صراحةً.

• التفويض والإفصاح: قبل التفعيل، ستعرض Yoho Mobile بوضوح الخطة المعمول بها، ومبلغ الرسوم المتكررة وعملتها، وتكرار الفوترة، وغير ذلك من الشروط الجوهرية للتجديد. بتفعيل المدفوعات المتكررة، فإنك تفوّض Yoho Mobile ومقدمي خدمات الدفع المعتمدين لديها بخصم الرسوم من طريقة الدفع التي اخترتها في كل تاريخ فوترة مجدول إلى أن تقوم بالإلغاء.
• تذكير مسبق: قبل سبعة (7) أيام تقويمية على الأقل من كل خصم مجدول، سترسل Yoho Mobile تذكيراً إلى عنوان البريد الإلكتروني المرتبط بحسابك. سيحدد التذكير الخطة، وتاريخ الخصم المجدول ومبلغه، وسيشرح كيفية إلغاء المدفوعات المتكررة.
• الإلغاء: يجوز لك إلغاء المدفوعات المتكررة في أي وقت دون رسوم إلغاء، من خلال وظيفة الإلغاء المتاحة في حسابك أو التطبيق، أو عن طريق التواصل مع دعم عملاء Yoho Mobile. بمجرد إتمام الإلغاء بنجاح، لن تبدأ Yoho Mobile أي رسوم متكررة إضافية. ستتم معالجة أي دفعة سبق تقديمها للمعالجة قبل الإلغاء وفقاً لسياسة رد الأموال الخاصة بنا والقانون المعمول به.
• أثر الإلغاء: يوقف الإلغاء التجديدات التلقائية المستقبلية فقط. ولا ينهي أو يقصّر مدة خطة سبق شراؤها أو تكون نشطة حالياً. ستظل الخطة متاحة حتى نهاية فترة صلاحيتها المعمول بها.
• التغييرات على المدفوعات المتكررة: سيتم إبلاغك بوضوح بأي تغيير جوهري في مبلغ الرسوم المتكررة أو تكرار الفوترة قبل أن يدخل حيز النفاذ. حيثما يقتضي القانون المعمول به ذلك، ستحصل Yoho Mobile على موافقتك المجددة قبل إجراء أي خصومات إضافية.

• Unactivated eSIM orders are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase
• Device incompatibility verified by support is eligible for refund
• Verified technical issues (not caused by user) are handled per policy
• Activated and in-use eSIMs are not eligible for refund
• Connection issues caused by user device settings are not covered

• Data plans are intended for personal, normal use
• Abuse of data or network interference via technical means is prohibited
• Violations may result in service suspension

eSIM is a digital product and is delivered instantly after purchase:

• Email: QR code and installation instructions are sent to the email provided at checkout
• In-app: View and install directly via the Yoho Mobile app
• Delivery time: Usually within minutes after successful payment

As eSIM is a digital product, no physical shipping is involved.

Yoho Mobile supports the following payment methods:

• Credit/Debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
• Digital wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay
• Other: Local payment methods in select regions

Payment security:

• All transactions go through encrypted channels
• Yoho Mobile does not directly store your payment information
• Payments are processed by PCI DSS-compliant third-party providers
