2. Name and Intended Use
- Name: Yoho Wallet (account balance)
- Scope of Use: Purchases on YOHO website/app for designated products and value-added services (primarily eSIM data services). Not redeemable for cash and no peer-to-peer transfers unless otherwise stated.
- Region of Use: Available in Japan.
- Balance Inquiry: Log in → “My” → “Balance/Wallet”.
3. Validity, Fees, and Restrictions
- Validity Period: No fixed expiry, unless otherwise indicated for promotional vouchers/coupons.
- Issuance/Top-up Fees: YOHO does not charge issuance or top-up fees. Third-party payment processors may collect processing fees as shown at checkout.
- Prohibited Uses: Resale, cash-out, unlawful purposes, or any actions that violate the Terms of Use.
4. Refunds and Service Termination
- Standard Refunds: Wallet balances are generally not withdrawable. If the service becomes unavailable for an extended period or is terminated, YOHO will announce the refund or alternative arrangements and the application procedure for unused balances.
- Funds Safeguarding & Refund Source (upon reaching legal thresholds):
- If the unused balance on a reference date (March 31 or September 30) exceeds JPY 10,000,000, YOHO will safeguard at least one-half of the unused balance by deposit, guarantee, or trust. Details (method, institution, effective date) will be disclosed on this page.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be carried out within the announced period up to the amount of safeguarded funds.
5. Filings/Registration and Public Information (if applicable)
- Thresholds and Procedures: For in-house type issuers, if the unused balance exceeds JPY 10,000,000 on a reference date (March 31 or September 30), a filing with the competent Local Finance Bureau is required along with funds safeguarding. (For third-party type instruments, prior registration is required. YOHO issues in-house type instruments.)
- Public Disclosures (updated when applicable): Filing authority/number/effective date; safeguarding method (deposit/guarantee/trust), coverage ratio and institution; reference date and applicable period.
6. Loss, Theft, and Misuse
- Once a balance or code is used by a third party, it generally cannot be reissued or recovered. Please keep your account and devices secure.
- If you suspect unauthorized use, contact YOHO support immediately. YOHO will investigate and take reasonable action.

8. Business Changes and Discontinuation of Issuance
If YOHO materially changes the validity, fees, or terms of use, or decides to discontinue issuance/service, YOHO will announce the handling/refund method for unused balances, the application period, and the required documents on the website and via registered email.
9. Use by Minors
Minors (as defined under the Japanese Civil Code) must obtain guardian consent before purchasing or using Yoho Wallet. YOHO may impose restrictions in case of violation.
10. Exclusion of Anti-Social Forces
YOHO does not engage in transactions with anti-social forces. Service may be terminated immediately upon discovery.
