Yoho Mobile provides eSIM data plan services through its website and mobile applications, covering 200+ countries and regions worldwide. Our services include:

• Purchase and management of eSIM data plans
• Free eSIM trial service
• Live customer support

When using Yoho Mobile services, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring your device supports eSIM (verify on the compatible devices page)
• Providing accurate contact information
• Complying with local laws when using data services
• Not engaging in any activity that may harm network operations

• All prices displayed in USD or your selected currency
• Payments are processed by third-party providers
• Prices may adjust due to currency fluctuations
• Promotional pricing applies during published campaign periods only

Деякі плани Yoho Mobile можуть пропонувати додаткову функцію автоматичного поновлення та регулярних платежів ("Регулярні платежі"). Регулярні платежі буде активовано лише після того, як ви прямо погодитеся на їх підключення.

• Авторизація та розкриття інформації: Перед активацією Yoho Mobile чітко відобразить застосовний план, суму й валюту регулярного списання, частоту виставлення рахунків та інші істотні умови поновлення. Увімкнувши Регулярні платежі, ви уповноважуєте Yoho Mobile та її уповноважених постачальників платіжних послуг списувати кошти з вибраного вами способу оплати в кожну заплановану дату виставлення рахунку, доки ви не скасуєте цю функцію.
• Попереднє нагадування: Щонайменше за сім (7) календарних днів до кожного запланованого списання Yoho Mobile надішле нагадування на адресу електронної пошти, пов’язану з вашим обліковим записом. У нагадуванні буде зазначено план, заплановану дату та суму списання, а також пояснено, як скасувати Регулярні платежі.
• Скасування: Ви можете скасувати Регулярні платежі в будь-який час без плати за скасування через функцію скасування, доступну у вашому обліковому записі або застосунку, або звернувшись до Служби підтримки клієнтів Yoho Mobile. Після успішного завершення скасування Yoho Mobile не ініціюватиме жодних подальших регулярних списань. Будь-який платіж, уже переданий на обробку до скасування, буде оброблено відповідно до нашої Політики повернення коштів і застосовного законодавства.
• Наслідки скасування: Скасування зупиняє лише майбутні автоматичні поновлення. Воно не припиняє та не скорочує план, який уже було придбано або який наразі є активним. План залишатиметься доступним до завершення застосовного строку його дії.
• Зміни Регулярних платежів: Про будь-яку істотну зміну суми регулярного списання або частоти виставлення рахунків буде чітко повідомлено до набрання нею чинності. У випадках, коли цього вимагає застосовне законодавство, Yoho Mobile отримає вашу повторну згоду перед здійсненням подальших списань.

• Unactivated eSIM orders are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase
• Device incompatibility verified by support is eligible for refund
• Verified technical issues (not caused by user) are handled per policy
• Activated and in-use eSIMs are not eligible for refund
• Connection issues caused by user device settings are not covered

• Data plans are intended for personal, normal use
• Abuse of data or network interference via technical means is prohibited
• Violations may result in service suspension

eSIM is a digital product and is delivered instantly after purchase:

• Email: QR code and installation instructions are sent to the email provided at checkout
• In-app: View and install directly via the Yoho Mobile app
• Delivery time: Usually within minutes after successful payment

As eSIM is a digital product, no physical shipping is involved.

Yoho Mobile supports the following payment methods:

• Credit/Debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
• Digital wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay
• Other: Local payment methods in select regions

Payment security:

• All transactions go through encrypted channels
• Yoho Mobile does not directly store your payment information
• Payments are processed by PCI DSS-compliant third-party providers

• Yoho Mobile relies on third-party carriers for network service and makes no guarantee on coverage, speed, or temporary outages
• Service availability may be affected by local network infrastructure
