YOHO MOBILE PTE. LTD. ("Yoho Mobile") is a company registered in Singapore, with its registered office at 14 Robinson Road, #08-01A, Far East Finance Building, Singapore 048545.

Yoho Mobile provides eSIM data plan services through its website and mobile applications, covering 200+ countries and regions worldwide. Our services include:

• Purchase and management of eSIM data plans
• Free eSIM trial service
• Live customer support

When using Yoho Mobile services, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring your device supports eSIM (verify on the compatible devices page)
• Providing accurate contact information
• Complying with local laws when using data services
• Not engaging in any activity that may harm network operations

• All prices displayed in USD or your selected currency
• Payments are processed by third-party providers
• Prices may adjust due to currency fluctuations
• Promotional pricing applies during published campaign periods only

برخی از طرح‌های Yoho Mobile ممکن است یک قابلیت اختیاری تمدید خودکار و پرداخت دوره‌ای («پرداخت‌های دوره‌ای») ارائه دهند. پرداخت‌های دوره‌ای تنها پس از آن فعال می‌شود که شما صراحتاً به آن رضایت دهید.

• مجوز و افشا: پیش از فعال‌سازی، Yoho Mobile طرح مربوطه، مبلغ و ارز هزینه دوره‌ای، تناوب صدور صورت‌حساب، و سایر شرایط اساسی تمدید را به‌وضوح نمایش خواهد داد. با فعال کردن پرداخت‌های دوره‌ای، شما به Yoho Mobile و ارائه‌دهندگان مجاز خدمات پرداخت آن اجازه می‌دهید تا در هر تاریخ برنامه‌ریزی‌شده برای صدور صورت‌حساب، تا زمانی که لغو کنید، از روش پرداخت انتخابی شما هزینه دریافت کنند.
• یادآوری قبلی: حداقل هفت (7) روز تقویمی پیش از هر هزینه برنامه‌ریزی‌شده، Yoho Mobile یادآوری‌ای به نشانی ایمیل مرتبط با حساب شما ارسال خواهد کرد. این یادآوری طرح، تاریخ و مبلغ هزینه برنامه‌ریزی‌شده را مشخص می‌کند و توضیح می‌دهد که چگونه پرداخت‌های دوره‌ای را لغو کنید.
• لغو: شما می‌توانید پرداخت‌های دوره‌ای را در هر زمان و بدون هزینه لغو، از طریق عملکرد لغوی که در حساب یا اپلیکیشن شما در دسترس قرار داده شده است، یا با تماس با پشتیبانی مشتری Yoho Mobile لغو کنید. پس از آنکه لغو با موفقیت تکمیل شد، Yoho Mobile هیچ هزینه دوره‌ای دیگری را آغاز نخواهد کرد. هر پرداختی که پیش از لغو برای پردازش ارسال شده باشد، مطابق با سیاست بازپرداخت ما و قانون قابل اجرا رسیدگی خواهد شد.
• اثر لغو: لغو فقط تمدیدهای خودکار آینده را متوقف می‌کند. این امر طرحی را که قبلاً خریداری شده یا در حال حاضر فعال است خاتمه نمی‌دهد یا کوتاه نمی‌کند. طرح تا پایان دوره اعتبار قابل‌اجرای خود در دسترس باقی خواهد ماند.
• تغییرات در پرداخت‌های دوره‌ای: هرگونه تغییر اساسی در مبلغ هزینه دوره‌ای یا تناوب صدور صورت‌حساب، پیش از اجرایی شدن به‌وضوح اطلاع‌رسانی خواهد شد. در مواردی که قانون قابل اجرا اقتضا کند، Yoho Mobile پیش از انجام هزینه‌های بیشتر، رضایت مجدد شما را اخذ خواهد کرد.

• Unactivated eSIM orders are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase
• Device incompatibility verified by support is eligible for refund
• Verified technical issues (not caused by user) are handled per policy
• Activated and in-use eSIMs are not eligible for refund
• Connection issues caused by user device settings are not covered

• Data plans are intended for personal, normal use
• Abuse of data or network interference via technical means is prohibited
• Violations may result in service suspension

eSIM is a digital product and is delivered instantly after purchase:

• Email: QR code and installation instructions are sent to the email provided at checkout
• In-app: View and install directly via the Yoho Mobile app
• Delivery time: Usually within minutes after successful payment

As eSIM is a digital product, no physical shipping is involved.

Yoho Mobile supports the following payment methods:

• Credit/Debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
• Digital wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay
• Other: Local payment methods in select regions

Payment security:

• All transactions go through encrypted channels
• Yoho Mobile does not directly store your payment information
• Payments are processed by PCI DSS-compliant third-party providers
