An EID is a serial number attached to a device that uses an eSIM. Yoho Mobile Team of Experts will need to update this number on your account before you can scan a QR code for activation of your postpaid plan. To locate the EID of your Apple iPhone 11 Pro, follow these steps:
- Go to the Home screen. Choose Settings.
- Scroll down. Choose General.
- Choose About.
- Scroll down. Under EID, your EID is displayed. Return to the Home screen and copy the EID below.
- Go to Settings > General and tap About.
- Look for the serial number. You might need to scroll down to find the IMEI2/MEID2, and ICCID.
- To paste this information into Apple registration or support forms, touch and hold the number to copy.
