Step 1

Before you install

A few seconds of prep saves frustration.

Stay on Wi-Fi

Install with a stable connection so the profile downloads cleanly.

Don't interrupt

Activation can take a minute. Don't close the screen mid-install.

Give it a label

A unique name helps you spot this eSIM among other SIMs.

Choose for data

After install, set this eSIM as the line your phone uses for data.

Step 2

Install your eSIM

Pick QR or Manual — you only need one.

Your eSIM QR code lives in your account

When you place an order, your scannable QR code and activation details are added to your eSIM detail page. Use that page during install — not this generic guide.

  1. Open Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM

    On the iPhone where you want this eSIM, choose Use QR Code.

  2. Scan the QR code above

    Hold the phone steady until iOS picks it up. Tap Continue when prompted.

  3. Wait for activation

    Activation may take a minute. Don't exit the screen — iOS will say Done when ready.

  4. Label your new eSIM

    Pick a name like "Yoho — Japan" so you can tell it apart later.

  5. Pick a default line

    Select Primary as your default line for calls, FaceTime, and iMessage.

  6. Use this eSIM for Cellular Data

    Choose your new eSIM under Cellular Data, then tap Done.

Step 3

Connect to the network

Once installed, finish these to start using data.

  1. Make sure the eSIM is on

    Settings → Cellular → your new eSIM → Turn On This Line.

  2. Select the eSIM for data

    Settings → Cellular → Cellular Data → choose your new eSIM.

  3. Pick for calls and texts

    Settings → Cellular → Default Voice Line → choose your new eSIM.

  4. Turn on Data Roaming

    Settings → Cellular → your new eSIM → enable Data Roaming.

Troubleshooting

Nav interneta pēc instalēšanas?
  1. Pārbaudiet datu viesabonēšanu: Pārliecinieties, vai Yoho eSIM līnijai ir iespējota datu viesabonēšana
  2. Pārbaudiet vēlamo datu līniju: Pārliecinieties, vai Yoho eSIM ir iestatīta kā vēlamā līnija mobilajiem datiem
  3. Restartējiet tālruni: Restartēšana pēc instalēšanas atrisina lielāko daļu savienojuma problēmu
  4. Manuāli izvēlieties operatoru: Ja automātiskais savienojums neizdodas, mēģiniet manuāli atlasīt vietējo operatoru

- iPhone: Settings › Cellular › Yoho line › Network Selection › izslēdziet "Automatic" › izvēlieties pieejamo operatoru

- Android: Settings › Connections › Mobile networks › Network operators › Atlasiet manuāli

QR skenēšana joprojām neizdodas?
  • Pārliecinieties, vai QR koda attēls ir skaidrs un pilnīgs
  • Pielāgojiet attālumu un leņķi, mēģiniet vēlreiz labā apgaismojumā
  • Ja tas turpina neizdoties, pārslēdzieties uz manuālu ievadi
  • Katru QR kodu var instalēt tikai vienu reizi — ja esat to jau instalējis, neskenējiet vēlreiz
