How to set APN
How to set APN:
If you see “the APN is set automatically,” there’s no need to change your APN settings. They’ll automatically update when you install your eSIM.
If it is not fill in it manually follow the steps below.
First, please find the right APN below:
The APN for China and Taiwan is “CTExcel”
The APN for Hong Kong and Thailand is “3gnet”
The APN of the rest are”globaldata”
Copy the right APN and configure your APN settings using the following steps:
For iOS devices:

Go to Settings.

Tap on Cellular or Mobile Data.

Select your eSIM.

Navigate to Cellular Data Network.

Paste the APN into the Cellular or Mobile Data field.
- Leave the other fields blank.
For Samsung Phones:

Open Settings.
-
Choose Connections.
-
Go to Mobile Networks.

Select Access Point Name.

Tap the Add button on the top bar.
- Paste the APN name into the APN field.
- Leave the other fields blank.
For Google Pixel Phones:

Access Settings.
-
Go to Network & internet.
-
Choose SIMs.
-
Select your eSIM.

Navigate to Access Point Names.

Tap the + button on the top bar.

Paste the APN name into the APN field

Leave the other fields blank.
