Delete your Yoho Mobile account

You can delete your account yourself, on the website or in the app. It's permanent.

How to delete it

  1. Sign in on the website, or open the Yoho Mobile app and go to your account.
  2. Choose Delete account.
  3. Confirm it's you with a code to your phone or email, or with Sign in with Apple. Your account is deleted right away.

What's deleted

  • Your name, email, phone number and billing address
  • Your sign-in methods, including Sign in with Apple

What you lose

  • Access to your eSIMs, QR codes and order history
  • Your Yoho balance and promo codes
  • Referral rewards and one-time offers

What we keep

  • Order and payment records, no longer tied to your name or contact details, for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
