APN MANUAL SET UP NEEDED FOR “CERTAIN PLANS” BELOW:

HOW TO SET APN Manually:

Users travelling to certain regions if you are using IOS 15.3 & below or an Android device, please set the APN:

IOS：

– Go to Setting –Go to cellular – Your new eSIM plan -Cellular data -Fill the APN Name fields: globaldata

Android:

– Go to Settings > Connections > SIM Card Manager > Access Point Name>> Add Access Point In the new Access Point Name, Fill in the APN Name fields: globaldata
